Governmental Practice. In our governmental practice, we serve cities, counties, and other governmental agencies throughout the state. We represent them in state and federal courts, before administrative bodies, and are often called upon to provide advice, consulting, and customized training. Both of our lawyers are former police officers, and we are frequently asked to defend police agencies against a wide variety of claims.

Investigative services. We are skilled and experienced investigators, and are frequently called upon to conduct neutral, third-party investigations on behalf of government entities. We are regular speakers at seminars and training courses where we share our knowledge with human resources and law enforcement professionals.

Estate planning. While our government practice takes us all over the state, we value the many bonds we've developed in the local community through our estate planning practice. We take the time necessary to listen to our clients and learn about their unique circumstances and goals. We use that knowledge to customize an estate plan to meet your particular needs and desires.
